I live in Houston, Texas. Grew up in Fort Worth playing classical piano and tennis. Graduated from Texas Tech with a Mechanical Engineering degree. And now I have a day job making the world a better place. I volunteer with ASME International and spend my free time on the beach, at the park, cooking, and camping when I can.

I share my home with two cats, Vivi and Peanut. Vivi's an old man and very particular about the company he keeps. He's been with me for all of his 13 years through the good and the bad, and everything in between. Peanut is the resident slacker and a fan of graphic t's. He has a genuine fear of being outside and would be more than happy to call any box-like structure his home. I also keep a tank of fresh water fish and feed the birds on my balcony.

I have a new best friend who we named, Wilson. We adopted him from the local pug rescue and he came home to us last year on Easter Sunday. I call him my Easter Puggie. Wilson's a jogger which thankfully balances out all the carbs he likes to consume. He calls shotgun whenever possible and is always up for a road trip.

I have stories, a strange sense of humor, and a cheery disposition to accompany my slight southern drawl. I am also Linked with my Face on MySpace.

I take pictures and long drives in my Miata in search of great restaurants and scenic places.

I am most fortunate to do most of these things with my fiance and best friend, Nicholas.
